Absolutely unacceptable booking practice at QQ spa

booked Jolin at qq spa for this afternoon with text, keeper spent a bunch of time trying to promote their new girl and after telling her I want to book Jolin complete ignored me after without a confirmation so I had to call her to get the booking done, then as I showed up at place another girl told me Jolin's with a client due to messed up schedule and asked me to wait for 20 minutes, at this point i'm already pissed but might as well wait, after half an hour later Jolin came up to me and told me she had ANOTHER appointment with someone and have to go, then suggested someone else help me, after telling her no she told me to wait, 5 MORE minutes later I had enough and walked out of there and booked at another place.

This is not even the worst part, this was the 2nd time this happened to me at QQ spa, previously it was for the exact same thing, booked at a specific time, went to the place, then was told there's a double booking and I have to wait for half an hour, frankly they have done more at this point to help their competitors because I sure as hell have no intention to go back again.
