LE inspection ? I have seen them driving around a few times in some plazas 2-3 days ago but haven't heard of any inspection since April 1 st. Seems to me like they're quite happy with almost all the spas at 155 and 165 EBC closing down.

Every spa in R Hill got letters. We don't really know how it will play out. So far as I know 160 EBC is the only bldg that can apply for body rub lic.
I might be wrong but what I think was the complaints came from neighboring businesses and 2 new office buildings under construction on EBC. The 7 - 8 spas on 155 and 165 EBC lining up besides City bldg is an eye sore making the area looks like a Red light district. Nobody is so proud to say my new office is right besides Red light district. So far as I know all those spas are closed for now except Detendu. Maybe they have RMT on duty.

Unless the complainants are intimately familiar with zoning licensing and complete nature of these businesses, it may quiet things down? If the specific spas or the amount of spas was the problem bylaw may have done enough

Brother, my bragging has nothing to do with it. They all know what's going on at these spas, some spas have no massage tables and all queen size beds. They know everything what's going on. They didn't even give ticket to a girl who was providing body slide service when they came in for inspection. It's the complaints that caused all the problems we are having now.

Perfectly be honest. I think each city and town or region has far more important and pressing matters to address than SPAs where some hard working ladies make some money to pay higher costs of living/tutions and customers feel great/happy/cheerful.

I think for the following reasons the cities selected the SPA topic to address or so-called make some improvements:

- The SPA owners and MPAs are easy target. They do not have unions or associations to support them.

- Importantly: mayors and councils just want to show to their constituents they are doing something to improve something while they are doing the reverse:

WHY? because in real world if they put too much pressure on SPAs, the owners will move to Condos and Town houses. The business will not stop. Only MAPs and girls will be less supported even than current situation AND more people will expose to SPA business in condo environment than current SPA locations: people (non-customers and MPAs) also live in condos/Townhouses. So if the so-called goal is to improve the morals or society they are just doing the opposite !!!!?????

Real estate must really slow. Maybe she should offer free HJ for a sale of a property. Or maybe she needs ato find a job in other areas.

Again, just because Le is laying low for now, it doesn't mean it will ramp up in the future. You only say this protect the interest of the spa you work.
