I was on my site www.steelesroyalmassage.com, this is my original site address, the only address I usually go to. www.royalspa.ca is directed to this address.

Yesterday I put .ca instead of .com by accident and found myself on Utopia's site

www.steelesroyalmassage.com = my site

www.steelesroyalmassage.ca =Utopia's site When I looked into it, I found out the site steelesroyalmassage.ca was bought 1 week ago- May 12/2010.

Is there anything I can do about this????

Do you have the name trademarked or copywrited? Are you a numbered company or is the registered name of your incorporated business Steeles Royale?

If so you might want to see a lawyer. You may not be able to get ownership of the domain name but you might be able to stop use of it or redirecting.

When I asked him about this, his comment was " its not for sale, however if he can get a massage with Paris he will give me the site domain"

I'm in IT I have personal experience dealing with cybersquatters, and retaining ownership of domains.

we've gotten lawyers to take care of everything, but you can do it yourself.

This is absolutely unreal. Low Down, dirty business grass-cutting. Something can be done, and WILL be done, however no matter how hard they may try, they will never have the quality of Steeles, EVER. That must really bug them, that they have to resort to these dirty tactics.

How do I get my site off of there if I'm not the domain holder.
