Drove by there today and looks like the dragon-i spa (Bayview & Major Mackenzie) has closed down. It was a terrible location in the first place, not sure what they were thinking...who the hell would want to be seen going in and out of that place with the log jam of cars at that intersection. Anyways, I don't think it's just them...lots of spas are hanging on by a thread these days.

From what I saw, it already got replaced by a legit business of some sort...

So sad. I got to know the receptionist really well and had a huge crush on a delicate Japanese girl who worked there in the spring.

I'V been keeping in touch with quite a few including some spa owners. I would hazard a guess that they are all hand to mount (no pun intended) and don't have a lot in the way of cash reserves. I have been learning that at least one of my regular spas, several of the girls live with the owner who isn't letting them go out on their own, like to see regulars at home.
But for sure, if this goes on for a few more months, some of our favorite locations will go away altogether.

I go to a particular spa mostly for the girls who work there. If you build a good relationship with the girls, they will give you their contact information. You can then ask where they work.

I am surprised you were not concerned about this at all. Or that more ppl don't find this arrangment off. Almost as bad as girls living at the spa.

I am/would be very concerned about it. The MPA I know best doesn't speak English almost at all so I don't really know if I'm reading it right. If and when restaurants I would ask he out for dinner and make sure she is free to do what she wants.
