Took advantage of the nice weather and spent the afternoon in the city. I parked and wandered Grand St and made my way past the usual stops and walked into 298. I was there too yesterday mid-day

The facilities are Spartan. Basic table in a cubicle behind a curtain. The door to the establishment was left open. Down the hall there was a room of men who appeared to be gambling.
