Question Looking for a Downtown(ish) Toronto recommendation, please

Hey, first-timer here. I've been using the search engine to see what spas are more popular. Seems like we have a lot of options in the GTA. Can anyone suggest anywhere in Downtown Toronto (or close-ish)? I live near Dufferin and Bloor and can travel somewhat (on or near the subway line a big plus until I get my car back). I'm right by D & W Wellness, but they seem to be hit or miss, from the posts I've read. Sunrise seems to get good reviews around here. A few place in Chinatown seem ok. Definitely don't mind exploring after I've been around a bit , but it'd be cool to go somewhere on the nicer side first.

Thanks for your reply. I'll be honest, I'm so new to this I don't really have preferences (yet). I certainly know what I'm attracted to (the Vast majority of the women in the ads above are right up my ally, though my understanding is the women used aren't actually from the parlours). As far as services, I'd love an incredible massage with the option to take things further. Is that even an option or do you have to discuss that all up front? Guess I'm just looking to ease into this whole thing. Not sure if what's the best way.

There are no particularly "nice" massage parlours downtown. I would rate the facilities at places like Sunrise, Spring Green, Kawaii as sub-par, though depending on your tastes you can find a suitable MPA. I've never been to Chinatown, but I wouldn't expect much better.

It would also be useful to know the kind of services (HJ, BS, BJ, FS, etc.) and attendants (age, ethnicity) you have in mind.

For example, if you are primarily looking for full service, I believe SP agencies are your best option downtown.

For downtown, you can go to Sunrise Spring Green, or Kawaii for extras. I…find it hard to recommend anything else unless you’re going for an SP.

I prefer Sunrise myself because there’s a slightly more discreet back door and I just got a friendlier vibe when I was there. There’s nothing wrong with Spring Green mind you, but it all depends on what you want.

You can get FS at both places. I’d just recommend bringing 120-140 including the door fee for that and if you want to see a particular girl, ask the one you’re with what her name is, do NOT ask if her name is X. I don’t suspect either will do the bait and switch with you but always just keep that in mind.

I haven’t been with every girl at both those places, but I can recommend Jennifer at Sunrise on Thursday and Friday. Might not like the baby voice she does but I think she’s pretty attractive and I enjoyed my time with her.

If you’re REALLY uncomfortable, you can try a semi legit place. Not sure I can recommend any of them downtown…but the popular one on the board here is Greenway Spa. Don’t expect FS there but definitely other stuff on the table AS WELL AS a really good massage if that’s what you’re after.

If you don’t mind the trek up, my fave is Hollywood spa. I guess another piece of advice is if you don’t like what you see, be ready to leave. PLENTY of other places available and that Yonge and Sheppard area has…6 holistic places and one semi legit place? So that’s something to mull over.

somoney isn’t wrong though - don’t go in expecting it to look high class and super clean and stuff - for that you’d have to trek over to Perla spa (I’d avoid whatever that dynasty bullshit spa is that looks super swank…but I’ve only read bad reviews about it).

I guess that means the only way to know which woman you're going to get is to actually have a session with her first? Then re-book? It'd be pretty cool to know what you're going to get before hand. Guess that's only possible with the semi-legit places?

Managing expectations is important in this biz… so I’ll just point out that you shouldn’t expect much of a massage from Jennifer.

You’ll get a massage of something for sure

She does sort of the same thing a lot of times, and it’s not as good as a semi legit place but that’s why you would go to a semi legit or legit place.

But yeah, I totally agree. Don’t go in looking for drop dead gorgeous girls unless you’re going to Perla or one of the other. To reiterate just be ready to walk out if you don’t like what you see.

Back when I was working downtown and felt the urge for a session, I’d just walk in and ask for the lineup. If there was no one I liked, I just left. I actually did that many times.

This is something that comes from experience. I’d rather have blue balls than regret having a bad session with someone I wasn’t attracted to.

How do they show you the lineup? Do they show you pics or do the women literally come out?

I’m with you in that I’d rather not bother if I wasn’t attracted.

Yes, I have and he’s absolutely right. Don’t waste your money if it isn’t your cup of tea. That’s partly why I suggest Yonge/Sheppard.
Hollywood not for you? Aqua Pure is literally next door. That not your cup of tea? One block North is Lux and also Dahlia. Still not for you? Up a few more blocks is Spa One, Queen spa, and I think 26 spa. Not in the mood for FS and want a massage? Greenway is another block up North.

Downtown there simply aren’t as many spas or even good spas close by. Kawaii is walkable from Spring Green and while Sunrise is still walkable to them it is a bit more if a trek (though a subway ride is close enough). I don’t think I’ve heard any good things about most of the random Chinatown places so YMMV and be warned.

I’ve only been with Sisi and Jessica and enjoyed all my sessions with them.
Just…be prepared for a backdoor tease with Sisi she leaves many people quite satisfied.

Jessica might not be your cup of tea facially, but she’s the only repeat for me so far (I will repeat with Sisi someday). Again, just be firm enough to walk out if what you see isn’t what you want.

Edit: if you want a good massage and you’re just starting out, maybe try greenway first. You’ll get your massage. Sisi and Jessica can give massages, just ask for a hard one but any time you ask for a hard massage be prepared for one. I had a hard massage with Kelly at Greenway and she ain’t fucking around.

2relax did you try anywhere yet? I noticed that you seem to want a decent massage as part of your 1st experience. If so go to greenway on yonge street just north of Sheppard. Good massage, good release.
