I don't know where this discussion goes or ends, but does it make any difference it wether you experienced more or less then the other older/younger.... ??

Old has experienced 'allot' of things in his life, young is gonna experience 'allot', the outcome will still be the same, just some of us has years to come to do so...

i'm not jealous because someone older experienced more then me, i'm going in the same direction right ?!

I have been through the whole ringer over the past 30+ years...never paid at first/never knew I had to and was never asked fpor money when I was 20ish back in the 70's.....by the 80's I knew I had to pay but was very picky and just tipped a small amount next day for non GF's....by 90's I was starting to shop in the more readily perceieved red light areas and I of course had "spread" a little...I found it easier and a lot less embarassing for both parties just to leave the going rate by the puse in the morning routine....and this has continued pretty much up until now as a regular (3-4 times per year)visitor

now as a resident i find I am not chasing girls every time i go out....but I do have have longer to meet and get to know the gals, buy them a drink etc etc....I find the gals are also more relaxed with me now and spend more time asking questions etc....I usually explain that I am not after an ST or LT but prefer to get to know someone before I get into bed with them....this works on the ones I want it to work on and the ones out for a quick trick soon get the message.... I haven't paid a bar fine or more than 1K tip since living here....this is because I don't want it to be primarily about money....for me or the girl.....but sure I am under no illusions for most the money is still no1..but as an expat you also have a certain charm which I guess works out as a lottery ticket chance for the gal in that you will fall in love with her and provide forever

and if a 20 something shop girl decides that she wants to suddenly wants to jump in bed with a guy 10-20 years older than her and just happens to accept a "gift" in the morning, that is just a play on words

As a business decision, sure, some TG/BG will go for it - the money you can afford and your willingness to accept the lowest bidder are the key points - "good looking" counts for nought in that scenario.

It has risks.. Probably a lot less than riding a scooter in Thailand.. Definitely a lot less than riding my fireblade around the country. Or surfing big waves, or climbing mountains, or exploring arctic etc..

Live is risk.. Live life in great big gulpfuls until you cant.. The sad thing is people often take drugs to hide from or escape from life.



But the fact remains that these are the risks of the 21st century youth.. HIV, chemical drug use, etc etc.. And previous generations claiming to have seen it all is just naive. It didnt exist then, you cant have lived it. Same as I wont have the life experiences of someone coming of age in 2030 etc.

What I am trying to say is that some older guys pretend that Thailand is like Las Vegas were the rate is the rate. If the youngest best looking guy around offered a Vegas girl less then the stated rate the girl would slap him in the face for even insinuating that he should pay less. That is not how it works in Thailand.

OK forget the drugs angle, I tried to use it as a simple example of social risk that simply didnt exist but its not gone across as I intended.

But how does the fact the old guy is still alive have a bearing, we all have our span (hopefully), I outlive those before me as others outlive me.. The fact he can still experience doesnt mean he has done it 20 times more or 50 times better.

And yes I am sure Les could be out popping pills down the local rave or signed into grindr so that his phones GPS is locating him as being signed in ready for local sex.. But I strongly doubt hes experiencing either. The fact your in the world doesnt mean your in 'their world'.. And to claim they will never be able to do it as much as a previous generation is kinda silly.

As Ben points out, Elvis scandalised the world by swinging his hips a bit, it couldnt be shown on TV from the waist down, there wasnt an inter racial kiss on US TV's until almost the 70s and that wasnt aired in the south.. Now a 10 year old can be online and watching Brazilian hermaphrodite creampies in about 5 mouse clicks (I never counted them).. And thats not going to have an effect on social morals ?? Its not just the latest and newest.. Its the level to which its normal in the population.. These days in the UK the vast majority seem to happily be popping, sniffing, and smoking.. Theres no social stigma, or rarity to it, its almost everyone.

Even from when I was a kid thats very different.. Theres kids TV shows that are not saying 'just say no' they have people on there talking about what a great time they had, the euphoria, the low risk, it was like a PR piece disguised as education, on kids TV and timeslot !! I nearly fell off my chair.

Using your argument, you would have to say that the more beautiful girl should charge less because she has more money.
