Maybe the motivation to earn more tips is there. A few minutes of work to leave your customer satisfied for a good tip was problem stifled in that environment. Now they need to move on to a change of environment. But cannot confirm if Lala=Kiya will finally change. However, we know cutie Gloria has not yet but she is requested often though. Different establishment, different management, maybe better working environment is needed. Wage I think remain the same as they do not get much from that $80 hour session charged by the house for sometimes hard work.

In my opinion, the RMT should get 50% of the actual massage money. It may deter a few of the ladies from expecting ridiculous amounts for tips, making them busier, and likewise driving up the owners' business.
Others like Kiya/La La...WHO probably don't want to give happy endings, won't feel pressure to do so.
And guys like me...WHO just want to go for a nice undraped massage...won't from time to time...be asked to have a shorter length of massage...or likely passed off to someone else.

Saw Kiya last week there, HE was available or you can DIY as well. Extras $50. I believe she is Lala. Allowed touching and grabbing butt. Kiya probably late 30s, her photo is on xiaoping website.

Just an update, I believe Kiya formerly Lala is now Sara. Not sure what's with the name changes.

Don't know about switch and bail, or bait and switch for that matter but if you show up wanting to see Mandy, I've heard that whoever greets you becomes 'Mandy'. I'd make an appointment first, for Mandy. And then when you get there, announce that you have an appointment with Mandy.

I think one of the major issues there is the number of staff working at any one time. There's just too many for the volume of customers. The girls are spending a lot of time there, but not making much money. I know they want to be ready for walk-ins, but reality is that spending on massages is probably down, and so staffing levels can't be maintained at those previously high levels. Fewer people with cash and fewer people with benefits.

I agree. Also, I have actually been there when there were more staffs than rooms so even though there is a customer there and a free lady, the massage cannot happen until a room get freed up. I assume it was because of shift change but I am not sure. Also it is a little uncomfortable when some of the ladies started to sit in the parking lot trying to intercept customers as they walk in, slightly uncomfortable scenario.

So I have gotten to see Mandy again she was her normal beautiful self and i think i have gotten the answer about the Lulu's and that they stay on. I beleive there are some extenuating reasons and i can respect that it is her limits afterall. I will see her again as she gives IMO a good massage and pressure relief. Oh yes M there are camreas as soon as you walk in they have them for security reasons.
