I've been to many spas in Mississauga and Oakville, and full Season has "decent" attendants. They are not models, which we all want to see, but decent ones. Which ones have better attendants?

While I've had good experiences at this place, I'd like to add that my main gripe with it is the bait and switch. You have Moneylee telling everyone these ladies are in their 20's 30's but that's never the case. I know this is a common practice in this industry, but a big part of great customer service is transparency. How do you expect to gain the business and trust of your customers when they're being misled?

Well said, and it’s also true: In this beautiful country, we respect privacy, but we need more people. Ladies who can go to work are very powerful. Both girls and ladies have their own merits and strength. Each store is different. What our store can guarantee is that the massage techniques of each technician are very skillful. We do acupressure, oil pushing, thai massage, scraping, and cupping, to bring clients a real relaxation to relieve fatigue. We even plan to launch laser hair removal products in order to meet the needs of each customer. Full season wellness center

I had one at another location about a month ago, I had some cramping that day and was getting a bit worried during the back walk about the internal pressure so I laid on my back and asked the lady to move my intestines around a bit, worked wonders. All above the belly button of course

Had previously been to the Spa and had reasonably good experiences, including with the manager, who is attractive.

I arrived, asked for the larger shower room (unavailable), and was ok with a smaller room. Manager comes and takes my money for the room and disappears. After a few minutes, she returns and says that Lisa is ready, and that she's pretty. Five minutes pass. Lisa comes to the room, and she is older, heavyset, heavy makeup, and NMCOT at all. After a few more minutes, the manager returns and says she can massage me. Great, I'm thinking as she's younger, slim, attractive and I had a good session with her previously.

Lisa continues to insist that she can give a great massage. I indicate I'll wait. I wait another 5 minutes, and by this time, I've glanced at my watch and 20 min have passed! I realize a massage isn't going to happen and get ready to leave, thinking of my plan B. Manager comes out of a room, wiping her hands with a wetnap, saying she is ready to give a massage, and is wondering why I'm not willing to get a massage.

It's simple.

Poor customer service.
Poor communication.
Wasting 20+ min of time.
Hand Hygiene.

My apologies to whomever was receiving a massage, most likely at the finish by the manager as it interrupted your time.

My plan B will now become my plan A when in the area.

If I'm a good Manager and one of my attendants is not receiving a fair share of walk-in business, I am going to gently encourage so that she might receive a deserved work opportunity. If I did not do this, then I might appear as a poor Manager and could loose respect from all my employees, and as well anyone that might potentially want to work for me. What kind of customer wants to frequent a facility where the employees do not respect the Manager or feel they are not treated fairly? If as a Manager I do make that effort, so if and when the time comes where I the Manager and the Employee have to have a talk about the future, it will be done with the utmost respect for all concerned. I know, I get it, you entitled guys out there do not like, or more like, do not accept the "take turns" philosophy as being practical in the Industry because it clashes with the "me, me, me" rationalism.

The Manager did not stick up for herself, she's too busy trying to keep her customers satisfied and her employees happy so I thought I would write this. And before the shills comments come out, I do not frequent this place, I find them a bit expensive for my taste - though admit I like what I hear in general, like to see them stick around. What I do try for is an understanding and respect for people by thoroughly attempting to see things from their perspective. And remember, just like you, not everyone can explain everything in detail so that it gives you a complete warm and comfy feel, that's where an open mind goes a long way, and that's why I was so long winded in writing this. Good customer service is simple: provide a quality experience (product), do it reasonably quickly (if not provide a reasonable reason) with a smile. If these can’t be provided what can be done to fix this? Or made right with the customer?

Just give it another chance. Sometimes I had to wait in the little room for 30 mins. Full season has potential IMO.
