Bar Girls Transfer System

Always wondered if there is a transfer system, you know like English Premier League, where a BG is given money to go work at another bar as she might be a stunner and can pull in more punters for the Owner......or is their proticol to follow....ie, an unwritten rule where the girls stay loyal to that bar ?.....and Owners cannot go around to other bars poaching girls ???

the girl i stay with, all of them are from the same village. but she told me that a few bar owners in soi eric hae approached he on the sly the last month and asked her to work for them. also, i was asking her if i owned a ar could her and her friend work there without having poblems since theyare the 2 best one inthe bar andshe sid no,but only because her boss knows ive stayed with her for awhile

Stealing girls happens quite a bit... Its very bad form among 'honourable' bar owners but it does happen and does cause friction...

For example.. I met a girl in a disco that used to work in TJ's Monkey bar, we hooked up for a few nights on the trot but with me never going to the gogo.. Without me asking her to give up working (I wanted to remain a butterfly) she stopped going with customers and while I am positive she was working for drinks she was always on the phone at 2 or so to find out what disco I was in or where I was.

After a while (I guess she had 'peliod' too often) she was told that being BF was not optional and she quit.. I hooked her up with a job in Oh La La which is like a combo beer bar / pole dance joint.. Once she left a whole bunch of TJ's girls (her mates they all lived next door and in shared rooms) followed and must have left TJ pretty short staffed. He called her and told her he would double her salary and she would not have to go with customers if she didn't want if she could bring them all back. She declined.

We didn't last too long as she was not happy about me refusing to be 100% monogomous but I think of her often.. Beautiful Laos girl and definately some of the best sex I have ever had.

after telling the tg i stay with that we wernt boyfriend-gf, she went back to the bar. after about a month i made my infamous drunk phone call{phones and alcohol is a bad mx!}) and to her all the sweet nothgs, she stopped ging lt, now only goes st, we dont talk about it, but its known. i guess ill see how all this turns out in a few days!

There are always girls looking to change bars, but they arent normally recruited so too speak. You will find if one girls moves to another, she will check it out, and if all is OK, then her friends will follow afterwards.

Ive been accused by a 2 bars in Soi Eric of stealing their girls, totally untrue!! I have totally unlimited supply of girls from the same area in NE Thailand, GF just lifts the phone, why would I want to steal girls??

Anyway if you are approached by BG, if I like them, I will approach their former bar and speak to them, if the bar is unhappy I will not take BG simple as that.

There are a number of reasons why girls want to move:

Cheap charlie boss, no drink or food for BG's etc.....
Overpowering mamasans on the lady drink front - big problem in some bars as customers know
No farang customers
BG's falling out with each other
BG's falling out with owner & r mamasan

ps Ive notice an awful lot of fat and old BG's in Patong at the moment, albeit there are still plent of stunners and also we seem to be over run with LB's.

Or is it Im off the drink and just noticing some things a lot more

Plus high season drags em in from far and wide.. Though often its the stunners that take a low season vacation to Euroland or elsewhere (the smart ones anyway)..

Sometimes girls are a bit afraid to change. One girl did not like the actual bar where she was working! Must say that it was a lively one! She liked MT bar quite a lot, so I atlked about it to Nicke, who did not seem very enthousiastic.

Maybe because he didn't want any problems with the other bar, maybe because he had enough girls. This lady had quite some sucess in the actual bar, but I think she wanted to slown down a bit! The reason she gave to me was "too many bosses",. This bar did had three, maybe she had to party with all 3 of them, I don't know!

I have seen a few idiots who have made thier lives and bars a living hell by doing this...

I was only saying the same to Steve when I first met him.. Not only would a smart man never do that I try really hard not to even BF girls from my friends bars.. Inturrupts the serious business of drinking.. Girls are easy to find but good bars, much harder !!!

Pretty good summary of the reasons. Another common reason is that the bars dont pay out the lady drink/bf comission they earned. (Hard to believe but I have heard this more than once)

Very interesting to hear how it all works......wonder if their is any serious fall out between bar owners over this issue, or is it just not really an issue as there will always be new girls arriving on the scene.

Gets esrious if it was underhanded.. I know a mate who wanted to give his next door bar a going over cause the guy opened a new bar and literally took ALL his girls (5 perhaps) just by offering them higher salary cause he had no contacts.

Also some girls have their route, e.g. work in Bangkok or Singapore once in a while and then return to the bar. I used to have some Bangkok girls who always worked in MTB during December/January and then returned to Bangkok.

What about girls who don't perform.......ie, only get bar fined less frequently than the others......do they get delisted ?.......how well or poorly would they take that news ?
