Damn! Another new AMP in town???

This one just popped up on Backpage. It has all the signs of being an AMP (no mention of massage, open 10-10/7 Days a week) and it is the same format as the other ads. If anyone goes by, make sure to provide recon/review.

I found the building permit for Kim's Spa; it will be located near Wurzbach and Fredericksburg across the street and down about 50 yards from where Massage Viva is located. I am curious to see if/when this one gets built.

I called, and Nspa says they'll be open on Sept. 7. Still no answer from Kim's Spa though.

I don't think Dream Spa/Kim's Spa is going to happen. They've canceled all of their inspection review requests, and nobody answers the phone. It makes me think they took some heat and need to move locations. It didn't seem very smart to advertise before the business was even established anyways! These places get shut down for permit violations, and it is very easy to deny a permit for a variety of reasons. They may have made themselves too easy of a target for the city to stop cold in their tracks!

Has anyone heard or seen anything new from Kim's Spa/Dream Spa? It looks like it fell off the map. Their business was listed on the SA permit site as being across the street from Massage Viva, but all the permits/inspections were canceled. Maybe they got too much publicity before they got their permits secured and business running?

Maybe the were a little over zealous with the permits before they had the lease secured.

It was supposed to be at 8647 Wurzbach Rd. Ste. E. It's in that medical center complex. It looks like a bunch of doctor's offices around it. It is across the stret and down about 150 yards from Massage Viva. Kinda a weird/high profile location IMHO but that is where they had the permits listed. I suspect maybe they realized it would be too much attention and traffic.

I hope they pop up elsewhere, but who knows! Maybe it's best that we attract less attention with all the other spots popping up lately.
