My guess = this is where they’re headed… lanlord gonna welcome them w open arms! 2 yrs, geez…

Some places dont like holistic spas… can make it hard 2 get other biz… like, u gonna put piano school or ballet nxt door?

The owners of the entire building are two very stupid women. They tried to increase the rent from $3600 a month to $4000 a month and the spa owner couldn't afford it. She shut it down and sold of all the beds and stuff. There is Long and McQuade right next door and children do come and go from there. Also believe there is a dance school of some sort further down the building. If Delinto has taken over the lease one would think all the For Lease signage would have been taken down.

The owners of the entire building are two very stupid women. They tried to increase the rent from $3600 a month to $4000 a month and the spa owner couldn't afford it. She shut it down and sold of all the beds and stuff. There is Long and McQuade right next door and children do come and go from there. Also believe there is a dance school of some sort further down the building. If Delinto has taken over the lease one would think all the For Lease signage would have been taken down.

Ballet & piano? Ironic… but spa = there b4, so thats on them… its just when u got 5 empty units, if 1st one goes 2 mp… other 4 may stay empty a bit longer…

Delinto= very discreet @ Bloor & Kipling…. Looked almost like a bakery, & door = locked ALLOT! Plus another Asian spa a few doors down… lower mileage, but less discreet… Oriental Wellness… as a hobbyist, I checked it out, got a boner just walking in… semi-legit, no threat 2 Delinto… but yer whole body feels fun 2b had here… dark with pink lights inside…. I think theyre still in biz….

I'll go peak in the window today and let you know. It wouldn't take a lot of work to reopen it. Coat of paint and some massage tables. On a different subject Good Foot massage (strictly legit) plans on having all their women on duty next Weds and moving their rate from $50 up to $60 an hour

Looked in the window and a couple of guys were inside running wiring.
