We wish experienced form someone in phuket.
Please i go with my chinese lady next week.
can you let me know where we could visit together nice bar with sexy girls;
i would appreciate adress but also some details ;
We like jazz bar, disco, but my lady wish to show her nice legs and more...

Okay a little difficult as we have different opinions of nice bar and then add your other requirements of sexy ladies and jazz/disco, also I have assumed you are staying in Patong (if not the following advice is useless). So here are just some suggestions:-

Saxophone Bar on Beach Road, live Jazz and Blues bands every night, nice decor, okay food, not many sexy ladies unless you strike it lucky, usually filled with Farang and their families.

Almost next door to Sax bar is Rock City, live rock tribute bands every night, good atmosphere, shots and again packed with farang but usually quite a few sexy ladies.

Nice late bar, means do not go until after at least 11 oclock is La Baja, which is opposite the entrance to Holiday Inn next to Tropicana Hotel, very nicely decorated usually have good DJ, but can be a bit hit and miss as not too popular because slightly out of the main streets, but very well decorated and nice bar to take lady too.

Night clubs are all centered around Soi Bangla and probably as well you use search facility on here to get different opinions on which is best etc, for my opinion to select one good to take a nice lady too, early go to Banana on Beach Road, say from 11 to 1pm, later go to Tiger in Soi Bangla, neither unfortunately play jazz but more a mixture of old disco music but both will be filled to the roof with sexy ladies.

Other than that probably pick out some of the better quality restaurants with good atmosphere for a romantic night together, probably suggest Baan Rim Pa or Joe's Downstairs which are located next to each other just out of Patong on road to Kamala, should be 100/150 baht by tuk tuk.

I think Dodger covered everything there is.

Please be warned that Phuket is not near the level of sophistication in terms of nightlife, clubs etc, that Shainghai is.

The discos are much differant with the upscale places that I see it as La Bahia (hit or miss) and a cool upscale bar (not very big) on the ocean which would be Joe's Downstairs. Also if you are willing to drive 30 minutes happy hour ar Watermark on Friday's is reasonably happening with the upscale crowd.

As a substitute to baan Rim Pa i would suggest Silk, which is in Surin Plaza. Doesn't have the view that Baan Rim Pa offers, but better value for money in my opinion... Food is nicely presented and its slightly cheaper than Baan Rim Pa, also has great atmosphere for a dinner for two...

Nightspots just to add try home bar on soi bangla, i forget which little street its down on soi bangla but its not hard to find if you're looking for it... Similar to La baia, upscale nicely decorated place... However, always empty when i've been there... Maybe also check out baya beach, which is just next to Tai Pan, at the end of Soi bangla, on the thai kick boxing side not beach rd. Also Safari which is on the road heading to Karon. All taxi/tuk tuk drivers will know how to get there...

Or if you wanna try/check out phuket town, go to either Jammin or Timber hut, again all taxi/tuk tuk drivers will know the way...

Another substitute for Baan Rim Pa is the thai restaurant at the Dusit Laguna. Not the ocean view but a nice laguna view instead and good food as well.
