FYI: 3hr Research trip Down Vic Park.

[Suicidal For Life]

I decided to do a little "pre-research" on my way home from work (Highway 7 /404 to the Danforth.) Normally I just zoom down the 404/DVP, but tonight I decided that I'd take a trip down Victoria Park and check out the status of all the MPs on, or close to Vic Park. Not to get a massage, but to see if they were at least still in operation, and to get an idea where they were all located. So here is what I found.

Royal Crest 145 Royal Crest Unit 50: paper sign on door says "business closed".

Yu Yu 145 Royal Crest Unit 40: Open

Four Seasons 7725 Birchmount Unit 5: Open

Greenhut 3980 14th Markham: Unit 11 looks like it might be an MP, but no signage except for a small Chinese sign on door.

Sweet Dream 570 Hood Unit 27: No longer exists

Star Oriental New 1151 Denison Unit 2: No longer exists

Amazing 1151 Denison Unit 3: No longer exists

Tokyo Bay 1020 Denison Unit 112: No longer exists

Paradise 7170 Warden Unit 20: Open

Majestic 190 DonPark Unit 4: There is a MP there, the door was locked and I didn't see a buzzer, so I'm not sure if it is still in operation. There was another guy who got there just seconds before me, and seemed to know where he was going. He went right up to the door and pulled on the door as though expecting it to open, and when it didn't he went to the window to peek in ... after he left I went to the door to see if there where any "sign of live", then also peeked in the window, which certainly looked like an operating MP front desk area ... I suspect the place is normally open, but just happened to be closed when I came by.

Club Dynasty Ltd 7850 Woodbine: Didn't actually go look, but I assume it's still open.

Alys 333 Denison Unit 11: Open

Pro Clinique 720 Gordon Baker: Open

Eva 3061 Pharmacy: Looks like this place no longer exists. Seems to be a doctors office, but the front door was closed, so it may be that there are a couple of offices at this address, the most prominent one being the doctors office. 3062, attached to 3061, looks to be a legit physical therapy place.

Spa Holistic 100 Sprucewood: Best I could tell, this address is an apartment building.

T.T.O.C. 2942 Finch E, Unit 114: No indication of an MP at the front door directory board, no sign on the unit door, and looks like lots of junk mail stuffed under the door. I'd guess this place is out of business.

Forever Health 2810 Victoria Park Unit 12: Open

Oriental Girls 2 3875 Sheppard E: An Apartment Building. I suspect this is an SP incall service and not an MP.

Asia 2190 Warden Unit 210: Open

Oriental Angel 3275 Sheppard E: An Apartment building. Likely another SP incall service.

Silver Valley 2068 Sheppard E: Open

Venus 2036 Victoria Park: Open (sign says "Health Centre" massage, but it has the same phone number as the Venus listing.)

Sun 1970 Victoria Park Unit 3: Open. The name on the sign is actually Jie Jie.

J J 9 Clintwood: Looks to be the same as above (Sun 1970 Vic Park.) The J J probably really should say Jie Jie, "9" should probably be unit nine, and "Clintwood" probably refers to the name of the strip mall which is "Clintwood ".

Oriental 1719 Lawrence E, Unit 200: Open

Sincere 1646 Victoria Park Unit 2: Open

Delock 1880 O'Connor Unit 201: Open

Rainbow Flower 442 Kennedy: No Longer exists

Enjoy 537 Danforth Rd: Open

Fang Fang 518 Danforth Rd: Open

Aromatherapy 462 Birchmount Unit 29: Open

White Rose 50 Danforth Unit 2: Open

One of a Kind 3339 Danforth Ave: Open (Signage says "Diana".)

European Beauties 3104 Danforth Unit A: Open

I don't think this is even 20% of the east end ... I am building a "Google Earth" listing of all the Romeo list locations that have usable address information ... I will post a link to the map files for Google Earth users probably a little later today (or tomorrow, if all this hunching over a computer entering MP addresses into a map database starts to cause some tightness in my man muscles )

If you turn on all the icons for all the MP listings, you can barely see Toronto.

damn woolf...where were ya when i lived up by that neck of the woods? i always just went to oasis but last time i looked (which was a long time ago, i think they closed down)...s'ok though, i've recently just discovered brampton and srm (took me long enough after all these years of hobbying) and i'm back in heaven : )
