You honestly think we do stuff for free for spa owners gtfo. I am close.to several.bosses. k don't worm for free. I sometimes give them advices. Whether they take them.or not, it is up to them.

Also the Shangrila spa operation does this consistently very, very well……おもてなし, 御持成) (Japanese)……
Even past Shangrila staff have continued along the same vibe, two of them in particular that I have enjoyed a good amount of time with out of the spa come to mind.

Are you associated with the spa? Are you an investor? Are you silent partners? If no.... why are you posting here?

These things happen because mistakes were made. It is better for someone to admit their mistakes and move forward correcting them.... that shows moral character and integrity.

Defending someone blindly is in no way helping her situation. It is pretty sad actually. If mistakes were made, no big deal , let her figure them out. What you are doing, sir, is making her look worse.

Maggie may get $$$ back & reopen somewhere, but I doubt she’s gonna mention HR.

More than likely landlord was holding paper on the purchase of the business and didn’t like the direction it was heading as if there was a default and had to go back in business she’d be starting from scratch as well as the stigma of a business model to contend with. Just a speculation.
