Once fellows friends start calling any indie after FR. They try to encash by quoting high. Yesterday i called Nisha she quoted 5K. But after negotiation she was ok with 3K. But new mogers might endup paying high. and chances are there they might stuck at higher rates next time onwards. Request fellow friends to start calling indie after 7 to 10 days after a new FR.
I may be wrong but seniors can put some light on my thoughts.
