All mongerers have to come to terms with this fact sooner or later. We don't decide the market. The market decides what we get. Just see what is available, what is affordable and grab it. Not all is gloomy. Just stick to the 28-35 age group which is reasonably young and fulfill your needs. Waiting for a 22 year old is not a need, it is a greed.
