Massage Parlours vs. Strip Clubs

I read a thread on here about Massage Parlours and how strip club owners want them closed... hence all the press going on about them now. At first I thought was just some "tin-foil hat" conspiracy theory... but after listening the radio my mind has changed. I was listening to AM640 (Mojo Radio)... and they had a politician on talking about sex occurring in Holistic Centres. He also openly claimed that strip club owners are pissed at Massage Parlours because they are taking away their clients. Apparently in the two(???) years strip clubs have seen a 40% decrease in clientele because of Massage Parlours... and those clientele are basically saying there's better value at the Massage Parlours.

I kind of agree. I had to make this decision this past week where I just felt damn horny... and the girl I was supposed to be with that night wasn't able to make it out. I thought about going to a strip club... but why am I going to pay $20 for a girl the grind on me for a few minutes... when for the equivalent of a couple songs I can go somewhere... relax... enjoy the company of a nice girl without being feeling like I'm being hustled... and then getting a "release" after. It just makes more sense to goto a massage parlour when you need a quick release. I find strip clubs only good as a place to hang out with your male friends.

I agree they are putting a dent into strip club profits, that's why you see some dancers giving a bit extra.
Perhaps also cutting into escorts too, they service those who don't want full sex.
I think there's room for all three to service different preferences, I'd rather see dancers or escorts though.

SC's just can't compare to MP's in terms of overall value. It's not even worth going to an SC to hang out with friends anymore because of the high beer prices, washroom attendants and cover charges.

SC's = Rogers and Bell ExpressVu

MP's = Direct TV and DishNet

The worst thing about those washroom attendants is that they get pissed if you don't tip them. And what the fuck are we tipping them for anyways? To hand us a paper towel?

The guy at Whiskey got pissed at me for not tipping him once. When I went back to the washroom a second time... they were out of paper towels in the dispenser... so I asked him for one... and he gives me this angry look and goes... "WHAT... WHAT DO YOU WANT???". The nerve. "Ooooooooooh... I'm so sorry I didn't tip you for watching me take a piss!"

Stripclubs use to be a SHOW. In the old days you'd get a dancer, a live band, sometimes a comedian. That's entertainment.

Damn hell I wish I didn't miss the SG Tour when it hit Toronto.

1. Entrance Fee - Average $5
2. Must have drink at hand, and must not be the same drink for more than an hour. So 2 hour stay is $20 minimum for 2 beers. Each beer with tip is appx $10.
3. Bathroom Attendents - If you give anything less than $2, major attitude. Best thing to do is to take your own paper towels and a bottle of Purell with you.
4. $20 on average to get to VIP loung, and $20 a song.
5. If you don't have cash, and want to withdraw using your debit/credit cards, they charge you 10% service fee, and on top of that, most places only give you "club money" which must be used in the club.

All the above makes SC's a BS. If you are all about getting off, then that adds up to a fair amount of money wasted.

But, if you are out with buddies just to shoot the shit and have some fun, then its ok. Just nurse that beer for long, make sure you've had plenty of alcohol when you walk in. Accept the service from the bathroom attendent, just don't pay him. You'll have a blast

For me, when you are with friends, and a hot girl is gyrating on the stage, its awesome. These SC's just need to weed out the girls that can't put on a good show. If you play fast music, dance fast and erotic, don't be damn boring!

I agree completely....I frequest both and they both have a specific reasoning. SC are a more social thing while MP are obviously a private event. On multiple occasions Ive done both because they have fulfilled both needs.

Any day you enjoy the worth of your $$'s at a Massage Palour, then to ripp off your money at Strip Clubs by paying $20/- for a lap dance of hardly 3-minutes, and that also the dancers make so many conditions & fuses, as if they are doing some extra favour to you, just go and drink a cold beer, & that's all then visit a Massage Palour to enjoy your money's worth with a lovely MPA

also it doesnt help when those big bad bouncers come walking by every 5 mins and peering in to your dance to make sure that there is no "hoochy coochie" going on....the value of a MP far exceeds the value of a SC hands down....and even if you wanted something on the side in SC...I find it totaly awkward when the bouncers come by to inspect when and your pants are around your ankles....the way I see it...at Club Pro...$5 (on Fridays) $20-30 to get in...you want at least 4-5 songs wich goes for $80-100...plus throw in some of these EE strippers that cant count....add another $20.00...plus 2 drinks which equals another $15-20.....and all that and still you have your pants around your ankles.....I havent been to a strip club in years because of SP's and MP's.....for spending close to $150.00 to have some big loser come by every 5 mins...no thanks....and plus have you seen some of these dancers lately...ehehehehehehhehe!!!!

Bathroom attendants in my opinion are nothing more than example of strip club owners getting you to pay for their security costs. They keep an eye on what happening in the washrooms and have you pay them for it.

Exactly. And why exactly are guys going to go back to SCs if the MPs are shut down? Why would you want to go from "better value" to no value? Can you imagine going from amazing sessions at an MP to going to House of Lancaster. Ugh! I'd rather stay home and check out the internet.
