But that's assuming she has a nice smile w/ good teeth, and a pleasing personality. It is difficult to rate a girl on one photo, unless it is a very good shot of her. I would assume that you don't have better pic of her. She is loooking a little hung-over, tired, or drunk in that shot. 9 times out of ten people look worse when they are drunk, hungover or just got out of bed.

She's got decent features which might look great, if she was looking at her best, smiling, and it was a good picture of her. My 7 assumes that she should look better than she does in that picture, because her features aren't bad. So it is a generous seven.

P.S. Personally, I 'm OK with 7s, don't like to drop below that, but find that 9s and 10s are often a pain in the ass, even w/ BGs. A 7 w/ good personality and lots of fun is preferable to me, but an 8 is even better. I am wary of the 9s and 10s and the games they play, although sometimes I can't resist.
