Didn't forget to consider that. The risk is always there, just significantly reduced in the vaccinated population. And I didn't say all 400,000 people were vaccinated. I think that's your main problem right there. You don't have any understanding about how anything vaccine or covid related really works, because you just skim through content and focus on key words. If you took the time to read and understand the information that was presented, maybe you wouldn't be so misguided.

Last week they said "children under 12 can not spread the virus", yesterday they said "yes they can".

Then there is the story of the mom who send her kid to day care despite knowing he was symptomatic

I trust general knowledge and information more than a single source. Health Canada, WHO, CDC and several European health authorities say the virus is weaken when in a vaccinated person, a couple of months ago, HC said vaccinated people could be transmitting the Virus, then they said no, it was to weak to have any impact. is a weekly review regarding this.

Once the virus enters a vaccinated person the inmune system goes to work attacking and debilitating the virus this is why when a fully vaccinates person get the virus, the person is better in less than a day and has few symptoms.
