New location for Premier Spa

I heard a rumor that Tiana is opening another location for her Premier chain. Anyone heard where the new location is?

it will be north of where Platinum is now. WHen Pure opened a few years back, Tia told me she had no plans to close Platinum but some of the girls have recently told me that she is working on a new place. They didn't know where exactly other than it is north of platinum.

One of pure location is off Victoria park that's Scarborough. You don't see the shitty buildings on your way there?

Platinum Parking is horrible and not sure if there is construction still being done on Sheppard in front of platinum. Platinum and studio 9 are similar. Both smaller rooms than Perla and Pure and small showers

It all depends on what city it is. There are different bylaws, rules and regulations for different cities, such as putting peep holes on doors, to hours of operation. I would like a premier location closer to the east part of the GTA, preferably near 401 highway.

There are no Premier locations in Scarborough. Both Pure and Perla are in North York. Scarborough begins on the east side of Victoria Park.

An MPA at Platinum told me the new location would be near the airport. I hope that's true. Seduction Airport hasn't lived up to my hopes so hopefully Premier will be better.

1) most of Scarborough is low income
2) if you're moving away from highest income Yonge corridor then Scarborough is farther from higher income areas in Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Etobicoke
3) you don't have all the blue-balled or dissatisfied dudes due to rushed/overpriced services from airport strip clubs in the area
4) you're not going to pick-up many (any?) tourists in Scarborough (unless they're specifically sex tourists maybe)
5) it might be a different market segment but you've got spas by the mile in Scarborough (probably hundreds?)
6) everyone in Markham is Chinese, and a lot of them are FOBs, so they probably go to spas filled with other FOBs in Scarborough/Markham for cultural/language reasons and Perla is easily reached from Markham where most people drive
7) Mississauga/Brampton/Woodbridge are under-serviced spa markets relative to Scarborough anyways
8) if you're moving away from decent transit (read trains), car ownership is actually relatively low in Scarborough (income presumably) relative to a Mississauga

they should stick it within view of airport arrivals in T1 or the union-pearson train and put a 60 foot by 30 foot giant brass rail like sign out front with flashing neon lights on it. better yet, merge with one of the strip clubs and put it right next door or down the hall from the VIP if anyone wants a strip and a massage (of course then they'd be in Mississauga probably)

they are both in Toronto and I believe that the new place will also be in toronto. I think there are a bunch along that finch axis between Keele and Dufferin and Tia likely bought one of those and is renovating it.
