New tiger complex - November opening

Its said to be opening in November.

As mentioned earlier, bars in the front sells for 6-5-4 million and the rest around 3m. Left side of the soi slightly smaller bars so cheaper front bars there. Monthly rent is 50,000 baht.

Disco on the 2nd floor.

Short time rooms on the 3rd floor.

Gogo bar on the 4th floor. (Said to be fully nude girls!)

Apart from the stairs, will also be a lift available with glass walls.

Interesting project, but IMHO very expensive for the bar owners.

When did this project begin? Starting such a project in this financial crisis is shooting your self in the foot. There are plenty of empty bars (empty of customers) around. Will the bars be financially OK, if it only makes money during high/peak season?
I'm looking forward to seeing it as a customer though

I think it has potential, but I also think it could do a lot better, than just look exactly like the old Soi Tiger.
The real question is, will there be MORE girls to choose from (in Paton), or will we just have to look in a new soi to find the same girls, buying beer that's more expensive.

Its said to be opening in November, but I remember the Tiger boxing bars were delayed atleast 6 months before they finally opened. So you never know. I also guess it depends on how many bars sold etc, I do think right now it's hard to sell a lot of new bars.

Hard to believe they would try bars again boxing bars haven't worked out. I was speaking to one of the girls in the new bar area next two Tiger the front bars are 50k a month an the back ones are empty!!

I dont know. Over time (when old lease finish) it would make sense to only use the new Tiger complex, to avoid paying these high rents for the old Tiger complex, but time will tell.

I did see some dodgy stairs coming down opposite C&D, they had a sign saying no entry or something and looked pretty grim and steep.
