Yea, my first week here was a drunken blur. Didn't train once. I'm doing alright now though. Training Muay Thai 5 times a week and I'm still keeping up my weight training. There's a lot of camps around the island and I went to check them all out but they're all in such boring areas. I just can't leave Patong .. lol .. and everyone on this board knows why I'm sure. I'm been training up in the hills - good camp. All thai's. I just found another Muay Thai place a couple blocks past Christines Massage, gonna give that a try tomorrow since my trainer at the other camp is in Bangkok with some of the fighters. And yea, back at home I do submission grappling so I came here specifically to just work on my standup - looking into MMA for the end of next year. ..

As for "midnightsun" .. I didn't say MY OPINION is that I'm handsome. Whether I am or I'm not is irrevelant. I simply said that the girls ROOMMATE said that her friend went with me simply because she liked me. HER opinion is that I'm "handsome" so that's all that matters. She DIDN'T expect money. Rex, in Azza's defense mate, I've heard plenty of times girls saying that they like to have "fun" too some times and want to fvck a guy and not have the guy fvck them. I have heard many girls saying that they go with older guys for money and younger guys for fun. That is out of their mouth! I'm not saying that is the only reason they do but if they had their option, they would go with what is most attractive to them.

There are times in the past when I've offered girls money and they didn't want it. They said "some time we want to have fun too, not always for money".

So in all honesty, to get stuck up this guy because some of the girls didn't want money isn't really fair. He said he paid for a fair few and then there were some that he didn't. As you know, if the girl is (as most are) after money then she will let you know verbally anyway, or you'll know by her body language.

He didn't say that he was in the clubs, bars etc trying to get any girl he wanted and never paid them. He didn't say he was not giving them money when they asked for it.

Give the guy a break. Seems to me it's becoming more of a knitting club with chewing out new BM's because they don't always do the same as you may.

I have slept with girls for free and I have given money too, over the years I have been going. (First time when I was 20!)

But the decideing factor that I have always done is offer them the normal money, before they leave.

If they give it back or slap you, then it was a freebie! If they take it, they were doing there job!

But of course it depends on where you met them. In a beer bar, Farang Disco or a tourist orientated place, then they will want at least some fianicial 'help'. If it was at a Thai orienated place or if they are rich Thai themselves, then they probably won't.
