Visited them today... they are definitely still in the midst of getting set up. I will echo KJ's initial review - the place is super clean and the girls are great.
There are 3 to 4 girls staffed each day, 20s to 30s, the ones I saw are about a 7 / 10.

They have a $70/hr combo for table shower + room massage. The table shower experience is fairly standard with a cocoa butter and sea salt scrub, however, I think they should use a bit more soap to amp up the fun factor. On the plus side, the bed is new (and clean), no complaints there, but watch out for the slippery tile floors though.

Once back to the room, the massage portion starts. Don't expect RMT or E&M style massages here - technique, tease, and strength is sub-par; and weirdly, very little massage oil is used... The massage itself is quite sensual, the girl I had was wearing a skirt and was not shy about mounting up. Don't get too excited though - while the girls are quite liberal, there are no extras offered beyond the standard.

Once all that is over with, there is a shower in the adjacent room. It is only a shower - no toilet, sink, or even a towel hook - but let's be honest, this isn't what you are here for.

I am with you on this one. The girls are young and good looking but they need someone who can give a good massage like girls from E&M and Just Relax if they want to keep us as regulars. They also need to train their girls how to use the table shower more effectively and enjoyable. Everything was pretty good other than that. The girls are young, most of them are very good looking and very friendly. The place is nice and spacious. All they need is a Sauna room and I was told it is coming soon.

There is one at V care on Woodbine ave at Apple Creek behind Hot Rock spa on lower ground level. Not as modern as this one but very similar. They also have one in Refresh spa at Yonge and Sheppard but a little older version.
