Very true...drugs numb their anxiety and pain with having sex with complete strangers. I mean to suck that many dicks during one shift, MPAs prefer to be high. I wouldn't be surprised if they have neck problems too. What they endure isn't too far from sexual assault, except that they consent to it for money.

As another poster implied: Sophia is a lost and troubled soul. I think she's already passed the point-of-no-turn in terms of living a normal life. It's really too bad as she doesn't have to live that way. Pity.
