Called the spa and book the appointment, reached the location on time. Manager shows the option and based on recomendation selected @.u for massage.

She gives very mind-blowing massage and service and 100% co operate not doing hurry as well.. perfect choice.

One of the major incident just happened yesterday at spa I visited. I don't usually do this but this spa needs to be exposed for low life criminal activities. So I went to avantara spa in vashi and took dry massage. After massage, I took extras and went to washroom to clean myself up. I was in washroom (attached to room) and later on when I came out after 5-odd minutes, I got out and dressed up. To my shock, when I opened my wallet to pay the masseuse for extras, 6k cash was missing. I obviously doubted masseuse but went to complain the front desk women who's fat. She said we never had bad complaint about this masseuse and she would never do it. I said fine, let the cameras decide who came in and out of my room. She arrogantly denied and threatened you don't know who's the owner of this spa and all etc. I'm definitely considering filing a police complaint and wanted to make everyone aware of this awful and daylight robbery spa. Just blacklist it so that you don't fall prey and yeah cameras inside the spa are of no use to customer.

Any suggestions before filing a complaint are welcome! 6k isnt too big or less of a amount but robbing and denying investigation is a huge deal brothers!

I hope you haven’t filed a police complaint and put yourself in trouble. This spa is among the many spa run in mum and Navi Mum and belong to same owner..

Put up a google review (account should not have your name) and share it here. This spa should be blacklisted. Others should also flood the chain with negative reviews.

Send anonymous messages to the press to conduct a sting.
