This place -- and candlelight salon -- are kind of like the ritz carlton and 4 seasons of R&T places in NYC. You pay extra for a better class of service.

No matter who you schedule with, you can be sure you're getting a good service, in my experience. I've gone to each about a dozen times, and I always had a very hot looking girl (8's and 9's) who are friendly, sexy and and provide a reliable service. Accomodations are nice (clean showers, clean towels) and the girls usually have a flawless appearance (no cellulite, no tummy rolls) and a very pleasant attitude. I've been to each place about a dozen times and never a bad experience (other than once getting to SB to find the girl was going to be late and I couldn't wait for her).

But these places are definitely not for everyone. They're not for the cost-conscious hobbyist and they're not places to get laid.

The difference between the two is that SBM has foreign girls who are usually late 20's or so; candlelight has american girls who tend to be early 20's, in my experience. SBM also has rumors of extras from some girls and candlelight is strictly R&T.

I am not a bargain hunter either, and I laugh all the time at the bargain hunters who shop on CL and get ripped off and then post to complain about it. This Board is dominated by this type of hobbyist, they want something for nothing and they find out the hard way that usually when you pay almost nothing you get almost nothing in return.

I have used SBM 4 times in the past two months and saw Liz (twice), Erica and Andrea. All were very attractive and gave good rubdowns. Personality wise Liz was the best conversationalist of the 3; she has a nice body but not as curvaceous as I normally like. Erica and Andrea both have smoking bodies and phenomenal asses, but are less conversational. Erica was a bit distant and I got the impression she had something on her mind when I saw her. Andrea was very professional and very energetic.

I did not ask for extras from any of them, however when you go to a place like this and get a rubdown from such attractive ladies, you are left wanting more. Thus if you go back and see Victoria re: extras, please send me a PM. I am not sure that the ladies are keen on extras being discussed publicly or not.

BTW, the day I saw Erica, I was scheduled to see Alina who called in sick. I then was offered a substitute for that time slot and had a choice between Erica and Victoria. It was very difficult to choose, but I decided on Erica arbitrarily. So you kind of make me feel like I may have made the wrong choice.

Was at SB last week and booked an appointment with Victoria. I've been to this place a handful of times and have always booked with a different masseuse. Not because my prior experiences have been bad, but rather my new one's are always so good.

Victoria is definitely a keeper, great looking girl with a serious ass (if ur an ass man, which I am). Anyway, conversation is good, rub is really good (much better than average for a place like this). And the ending was hot. I didn't ask if she did extras, but I may have to go back and find out definitively.

i found this place to be a bit overpriced for what you get. i had a session with tatianna. while great rack, all she did was rub me down with lotion for 45 mins, then came the flip and hj. All for 20 bux more than a FS KMP. Personally, I actually found some providers at KMPs to be hotter too (Sugar at CA is my ATF). I think if you wanna spend two bills on conversation and view of a pretty hot naked chick who will give you a HJ, then go for it. I recently had my first experience with Spellbound Massage. I was impressed and will use this service again. I am not writing this review to get a future discount (which I declined) but to offer my thoughts and perspective and opinions, for whatever they are worth. After consulting some veterans, I decided to try to book Liz. Unfortunately she was not available, but fortunately my second choice, Andrea, was working at the right time. I booked her for an hour.

By way of introduction, although I never used this agency before, I am not exactly inexperienced in the realm of sensual massage and have used both indies and agencies in multiple US states and Canada. SBM is clearly a well run operation based on my experience.

After the standard (for NYC) two call system I met Andrea at the UWS location. Upon Andrea opening the door I could see right away that I was going to have a good time. Facially Andrea reminded me a little bit of Ava Fabian who was a Playboy Playmate in the 1980s. I found her to be very attractive, especially since she has almost exactly my ideal body type, lean and toned. So now it’s pretty easy for the people at SBM when I call in the future: I will just ask if they have anyone new who has a body type like Andrea.

Andrea is a well proportioned woman, with long dark hair, perky, natural large B cups and an unbelievable ass, easily one of the top 10 asses I have ever seen out of the hundreds of masseuses and escorts I have met through the years. She led me in and offered me a shower which was much needed because I had walked about 60 blocks from Grand Central Station to where I was staying, and then had another long walk to get to the UWS location (I prefer exercise to taxis on my off days). After showering I was led into the massage room. Andrea was pleasant, friendly and professional at all times. My only issue with the massage room was it was a tad too dark. I asked Andrea to turn up the lighting a bit and she did, but it only brightened the room incrementally. This possibly would not be an issue for most clients, but I have trouble seeing in the dark without my eyeglasses, which I did not bring with me.

Service-wise, all I can say is Andrea is very good at what she does. She has high energy, is very fit, very sensual and seems to adhere to what I would call a “show” protocol for her sessions which is outlined in some of her prior reviews on another Board. In summary, this involves using her hair and her body in a variety of different semi-choreographed moves and simulated positions. It is obvious that she has a very flexible and limber body and she uses these attributes well. At least three different times I had to stop Andrea during the course of the show to avoid PE, as I wanted to save it until the end, which would ultimately come with Andrea in a simulated RCG position with her ass facing me, at my request (I should note, I spent at least 15 minutes debating in my mind what position she should be in for the finish, and it was all during this time that I kept having to stop her to avoid PE). It should be noted that Andrea seemed keenly aware of positioning herself at all times so as to maximize appropriate viewing in the different mirrors.

Service wise, she’s the best sensual massage therapist I have ever seen. She is very, very good at sensual massage, just like Derek Jeter is good at hitting. Someone at SBM should seriously consider using Andrea to train all of their new masseuses. She can give a sensual massage seminar at the UWS location and I would pay to be the subject of her seminar demonstration.

Now the question is, whom can I see for an encore? Please try to find more ladies with bodies like Andrea, SBM. And then have her train them. Thank you.

Bliss also goes by Venus check out venusbodyrub.com. They are located on Fulton Street close to Broadway, but they also have a midtown location. They are your typical Financial District body rub, $$ an hour. Some of the pics on the site may be old. I know for sure that Kelly and Mia are still there. I've been with Kelly a few times. Thanks for the info on gsbweb. One question that arises is why do they need to use fake pics if their ladies are so hot? SBM, on the other board (UG) regularly posts pics of their ladies which appear to be real and recent. Although I have no reason to doubt your assessment of the quality of the gsbweb ladies and the fact that they may offer a choice of up to 4 or 5 ladies when you get there makes it sound attractive, on the other hand I am left scratching my head as to why any above board business would need to resort to fakery if their product is so good.
