With one of our very own BM's having a LT relationship (that had to start somehow) with one of the staff.. I guess that says it..

Of course Staff turning tricks out the bar isnt happening, isnt wanted, and isnt going to be on the cards.. But staff never going with a customer ?? Wiggle room IMO..

The thing is.. Lots of guys are looking for more than sex, theres guys who visit looking for 'the one' instead of 'the many' or 'that one' and while theres good and bad girls everywhere I can see why it could be appealing for a guy to get into a girl whose NOT out in a bar taking any and every customer.

Hence you will get guys hitting on 'regular' girl staff who in turn are often the kind of girls who want to find a farang, but dont want to go through the bar girl route.

Hence I can see it as a issue for hotels and staff.. Girls in a hotel dont want to get hit on or have the expectation they will hit the sheets with any customer, but if they are single and working there I would guess they are in the market to be charmed, if there was more than a night involved. So its a tough call on all sides.

Just to throw in the curve ball...

Many of these "regular staff" have had a stint as a BG sometime in the past.(Disclaimer...I'm not implying any SBH staff in that category)

There's also many "regular girls" with 9-5 jobs on the WU payroll.
