No. Bad choices are a factor of poverty, but it’s not the main factor. It’s no regulation. When you have no regulations. That leads to price fixing. Capitalism is manipulated because there are no rule to prevent its manipulation. I gave the wrong Texas winter storm as an example. That’s just one of many.
