I would never pay extra for things like kissing or RO etc. Though TBF I have never seen a girl who has charged for those.

Come to think of it I would never see a girl who did not kiss as you cannot have a GFE session without it and it annoys me when girls advertise GFE then don't kiss so I also ensure its clear they do. I take oral hygene very seriously and never had any complaints.
