I share the views of the mp.net who offended yourself, but I'd have made an excuse along the lines of "she's not my type" like you say.

Its a question like hair colour isn't it surely? We all have our types, but as you say, it can't be too nice as it's probably along the lines of turning up and saying "I don't pay for fat birds" or something.

I hear what you are saying Culture - while for me Ive no objection to skin colour of any type, i do have a strange preference for pale skin (i.e. not just white skin, but pale skin) - but thats only like i also enjoy a slightly curvy lady over a skinny minny.
The biggest problem with this mp.net seems to be both the way he gave the message, and face he didnt give her a change. If he gave her a chance and realised it wasnt working out, then he didnt have to seeher again did he.

Yeh it really is a sad state of affairs when we cant just make a statement without being darn right rude and bigotted about it.
I have my mersonal desires and preferances but that is purely my opinion and likes and I have no wish to tell anyone else especially someone who may provide a valid service what i want and with what type or colour.

It really bothers me not the colour of a lady's skin.

I had a very nice gentleman visit me yesterday who in one breathe told me I am the the perfect woman and marriage material and in the other ask me if I had ever been a street worker? Appaently I'm brazen enough to have done so.

It does make you wonder what his idea of 'ideal' is, but then I think it was a back handed compliment? Should I have took offence or not? Am I being a snob to not want to be associated with street walkers?

Anyway, my point is... people generally tend to pick on the obvious key point when they are at base mode ie horny and for some who are not thinking with the brains, but their cocks, that is the obvious thing to distinguish you by.

Take solace in the fact that you are able to rise above it and move on. I'm sure most of them in a less sexually charged state would take more consideration and not be so blatently rude.

In the past when I used to swing I new black men who so played on the 'big black cock thing' even when in my opinion they were averagely endowed. In my experience and sometimes to my surprise there really is a man out there for absolutely every type of girl: any race, any size and even extremes of beauty and what others might consider ugliness. I think that is great.

I'm ashamed that my taste for slim young caucasian girls is rather a dirty old man cliche and excludes many women who may have more to offer. I don't think it is racist if a particular race of girl doesn't turn me on. It doesn't mean I couldn't work with her as a colleague or enjoy her as a Reviewiend. Sexual attraction is very specific. I tend to find made up tanned brunettes intimidating but they happen not to be a race.

You do have to be careful not to rely on stereotype. I have enjoyed Asian girls for their massage skills etc but I don't assume all will have these or that other girls won't.

The only black girl I have been with was in Cape Town. I really thought I should try one there although there was a minority of other girls available. She was very dark black and beautiful It was good but not great. Surely the solution which will keep everybody happy is complete transparency. Make it clear you are black/white/redhead/tatooed etc and loads of mp.nets will happily head your way and enjoy your charms while satisfying their particular taste.

I don't accept that girls have to see any mp.net that turns up and when travelling far or to an important appointment with a girl I have never seen who advertises kissing, I tell them I have a beard. I know some girls don't like this.

You make some excellent points daf, the key thing here though is no matter what you're personal taste and no matter what you're expectations maybe, if the lady isn't what you expect, fine, but there is absolutley no need or reason to be rude to them. In Chantelle's original post the mp.net wans't happy because of Chantelle's colour. While everyone does have their preferences and shall not be slated for it, the attitude in question was totall out of order.
