This is a a good way to look at it. These gals aren't intrinsically bad people, but their attitudes and behavior are shaped by the circumstances around them. And when the circumstances are centered around surviving in a strange world and needing money to do it, then it's easy to see why money becomes the focus of their existence. If you take them outside this environment with the constant financial crunch and degrading work, they might function as more normal people. But as long as they stay in this job, they can't function normally.

Anyone who contemplates a "normal" type relationship with them needs to realize this before taking the plunge.At the beginning, it may seem kinda cool. But after a while, the novelty wears off when you see what they're really like. It's a far cry from the girl you met at the AMP. Caveat emptor!!!

A good relationship outside of the "store" with a KMP girl is possible, but it's rare, and likely not to have anything to do with love. Furthermore, while for some it may be less costly than a full blown relationship with a civvie, it will by no means be cheap. Having said that, the huge bulk of these relationships end in disaster, so if you're going to get involved, think with your head, and not with your dick!

You speak as if we are saying that they are disgusting people. I speak for the job that infects them physically and mentally. They are desensitized to normal social behavior so the majority become predatorial. This about all the mental abuse they sustain, some smart veteran comes in and teaches them how to cope. It is those coping mechanisms that you are faced with when you have an association with the ladies outside of their AMP. Absolutely you will find some that are not like this, but when some one gets dicked over one time it stands out heavily. Good luck with your mission in life, because it is fruitless. Before anyone thinks to attack me by saying I disrespect these ladies, think again. There are some that I don't see anymore and they call me for the holidays. i know several kgirls who cite this as the reason they continue to work in the amp world. they have offers to get married every week...and nearly as many offers to pick up a sugar daddy. but they dont want to be beholden to any one man...so they choose to rather short time with many.

sometimes after all the drama...you yearn for a return to the days of being a paying customer. think about it...as a customer you get to milk fully the 5% private time you would get in a relationship...in all likelihood at 1/10th of the cost. and you have lots of free time left over to do whatever the hell you want.

relationships with these girls may have some pluses...but depending on what you are looking for you likely will not do better than a favored customer that gets a few extras.

do you really think as your gf that she will be giving you massages, walking in your back, tying your shoelaces, showering you? in korea the saying is 'customer is king'...a lot to be said for just enjoying that...

When I wouldn't go near a strip club. I was young, inexperienced, and found them disgusting.
Then, sometime around my 27th birthday or so....I went to one and was fascinated. It was the 80's, I was doing well in my job, and I wanted to have fun. This continued into the 90's, after marriage.

Mongering was something I didn't really get into until about 2000. I still don't know how or why it happened, but I'm pretty sure it was the internet that introduced me to it. At first, the repulsion factor was high. But repeated exposure changes views....

Do you really think that any of the stories I related in that post were untrue? I'm not trying to make any grand point that dating AMP girls is good or bad. I'm describing friendships, something far more precious than "dating." cantinflas has one perspective on this subject, and he clearly knows what he's talking about. There are some others with more romantic, rescuing notions that are clearly very dangerous- but they still have a valid point too.

Absolutely agreed. Guys in the clubs being douche bags, not tipping and acting like they're all that won't earn any extras.

I was always just me in the clubs. No different than me in a local bar with my friends. I am respectful at all times, cautious but open minded. And, if a dancer wants me to buy an expensive drink and just talk it up, no worries. That's cool too. These ladies got stories to tell that almost as good as the extras they'll give you if you're cool.
